Chickpea Brownies!

I have been on the chickpea bandwagon for a while now. The chickpea cookies are delicious and I think these brownies might be even better! Heres what you’ll need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 14 oz can chickpeas {drained and rinsed}
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon coffee grinds {optional}
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of your ingredients {except the dark chocolate chips} in a food processor or blender until smooth. After it is smooth stir in your chocolate chips.  Spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray and pour the entire mixture in. Bake for 20 minutes or until a fork comes out clean. Wait about 20 minutes until cutting into them. ENJOY!
