Crispy and Crunchy Brussel Sprout Chips

So I am I huge fan of kale chips or really any type of crunchy salty snack. These are super easy and guilt free. You can eat these as a snack alone or use it as a your crunchy addition to a meal. I used these to garnish a creamy shrimp gnocchi and it was delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasoning of choice {I used the Flavorgod Dynamite which is super spicy šŸŒ¶}

Preheat your oven to 350. You’ll start by cutting the base of the Brussel sprouts. Once you do that you’ll use your fingers to peel off the leaves.

I noticed further in I cut the easier the leaves came off. You’re not going to be able to get all of them off so just leave the remainder for another time to roast or do whatever you want!

I seasoned about a 1/2 cup of Brussel sprouts and it yielded 2 cups.

The bowl to the right is what I couldn’t get off and saved for later.

Now you’ll line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

Now toss with olive oil and seasoning of choice. Light on the seasoning you don’t want a little piece to be overwhelmed with spices! Roast for 10 minutes on 350, keep in the oven and turn it down to 250 degrees for another 10 minutes.

You have crispy, crunchy Brussel sprout chips!! Here’s a picture of the pasta I topped the chips with. ENJOY!
